Verdict from the Appeal Hearing of 22 July 2019
I didn't attend as they refused to ensure a Chair who had not taken part in previous decisions of the Hearing Panel (Rule //) and had not predetermined issues. Fflur Jones had specifically refused to disclose the record of the Hearing Meeting to me, falsely stating that the 'Minutes' were the record of deliberations specified under Rule .. whereas the Minutes were actually a badly incomplete and faulty summary, as the real record would have shown.I claim that the Appeal Panel's composition did not comply with Rule, so their decisions are invalid. The Chair, Fflur Jones, was more concerned with her image of competence than with ensuring the Appeal Panel operated fairly.
